The deal is highly strategic for Bitia, which strengthens its partnership with the manufacturer of Iottly, the IoT platform underpinning Factory 4.0.

Investing to grow, following the trends of Industry 4.0. With this in mind, Bitia has signed an agreement to acquire a 30 percent stake in TomorrowData, the Turin-based startup that produces Iottly, an IoT platform that Bitia has successfully used in projects to monitor production lines.

The opportunity is to strengthen the historical collaboration in the implementation of industry solutions by combining even more than before Bitia’s expertise in system integration with TomorrowData’s vertical know-how in the IoT world and industrial machine learning, to provide our customers with “tailor-made” solutions implemented on the most modern technology stacks.
